Even after the bidding wars and working through a 20+ year old roof that needed replaced before selling, Erin was in close contact with us on the happenings on showings and finally the offer that we accepted. She was key in getting us to close on the actual closing date (which was moved ahead a day because of the seller, not her). We were able to get what we wanted out of the house and we were able to sell very quickly based on how the housing market has been lately. Erin was diligent in getting the roofing company to replace our roof before the date they said they could start as they've had issues with demand and turnover in their own workforce. I would highly recommend her if you need to sell quickly or want to get as much as you can from your property!
