Erika Wiggins

My boyfriend and I closed on our first property in Sugarhouse in UT this past week with Erika's help. Erika was always available to answer our questions via text or email, especially during our moments of panic. She was very on top of each step in the process, like setting up an electrician to evaluate older wiring in the home prior to us even asking. She also negotiated a new roof into our original offer which was accepted and an additional seller credit to help us pay for upgrading the electrical after closing. The home we bought is a duplex - Erika helped us confirm the legality of the zoning (dropped off paperwork at the city planning office while we were at work) and helped us setup our first lease. Overall, Erika was an excellent real estate agent for us first time home buyers and I would recommend her to my closest family and friends!
