It is truly a pleasure to write this review on behalf of my realtor, Erika Schell. From the start, when I interviewed five very professional realtors, Erika stood out from the crowd. First and foremost she truly knows the Miami-Dade market. Her written and verbal presentations were very extensive and she took her time and explained all details involved in selling my townhouse. Erika made service promises to me and I can tell you she delivered on every single promise and then some! Erika was truly there every step of the way! Consequently, I felt secure in working with Erika and her firm, The Keyes Company. It just so happens that Christina Pappas of the The Keyes Company, helped me sale my Palmetto Bay home back in 2013. This was a nice coincidence and that gave me added confidence that I made the right choice to hire Erika. BTW, Christina provided over the top knowledge and service back then. Erika and her team made selling my townhouse smooth sailing! Erika was professional, thoughtful, timely and so easy to work with. She protected my interest and treated me with so much kindness and patience. She explained everything in a way that was easy for me to understand from deciding on the right offer, to requesting all the HOA documentation. Erika was extremely helpful, open, transparent, and reliable. Erika was always available to answer questions (even when she was out of the country) and offered assistance at every turn. She listed my place with agreed upon professional photos, video and all other marketing resources and we were in contract in 4 days! She is an excellent negotiator, is passionate about her profession and adds her own personal touches to the working relationship. Erika’s advice and support during closing along with the attorney was invaluable. To me, Erika is the Best Realtor Ever!

My experience with Erica was nothing short of excellence, Honestly that doesn’t even give the quality of her work justice. She seriously does everything with a passion and is absolute best professional I have ever worked with. She was able to find an easy solution to every single problem, some of which that weren’t directly involving her. Me and my family now see her as a friend. If you are about to purchase a home, and want to feel comfortable through the entire process she is the one to work with. Passionate, consistent, patient, and very transparent communication. We will be working with her again soon!
