Erika did a really great job selling our home. She priced our house perfectly and we ended up getting several competitive offers during the first weekend it was listed. We actually sold the house for $10,000 more than asking because Erika did an awesome job letting all potential buyers know how desirable the house was. She was a great communicator and helped expedite the entire process - we had an unexpected repair that needed immediate attention and she referred us to a great electrician. Erika even convinced the electrician to complete the job within a day or two after he told me it would take him a week to do the work! She was also very helpful in arranging a notary to come to me for signing when I was out of town. I would definitely recommend her to anyone wishing to sell their home.
