Erika helped us sell our condo within a couple of months for way over what we thought it was worth. She knows the market and was patient but firm with us about how to prepare for open houses. She was also very patient as we looked at properties in four different counties and helped us keep our expectations reasonable. At the time we had no idea what kind of property we wanted/needed and our budget changed over and over again. She was patient about that too which we really appreciated. Never rushed or pressured us and was understanding of our schedule and needs, with one of us working night shift and the other disabled. She also stayed in touch with our mortgage lender and if not for her I doubt we would have gotten the property that we did in Monterey. She was really a lifesaver and we recommend her to everyone. Near the end of the process I dropped the ball on getting all the carbon monoxide sensors in the right places at our condo and Erika not only stopped by several times herself but she also paid out of pocket for them! We've been through the ringer with other realtors and Erika was such a refreshing change.
