There are many agents that can list your house on the MLS and sell it. There are not many that can help you get through challenges with a difficult purchase or sale. I purchased a house that was a flip and there were a lot of serious questions about the quality of the work that was done and whether the critical issues that needed to be addressed during the remodel were addressed during the flip. Erika was relentless in gathering the information from the other realtor to ensure that my questions were answered, and that my concerns were addressed. On the Sell side there were many unrealistic requests that were made by the new buyer. She was there to stand up and fight back to ensure that only essential issues required our attention. She assisted with coordinating the move, and with all the things that you don't think about when leaving a place. I cannot recommend her highly enough.
