Erika Muto is extremely knowledgeable about her job, the market and ins and outs of her trade. Very committed to her clients, their needs, wants and expectations. She makes a sincere effort to get to know who she is working with and esblishes a friend professional relationship with them. Is very patient during the extensive housing search and on many occasions pointed out why a listing was not in my best interest in pursuing. It would have been much easier for her to have closed the deal and move on. She exudes the highest degree of integrity, competency and values, professionally and personally.
