Growing up in Evergreen, Colorado, Erika spent her childhood enjoying the mountains with her family. After earning a BA in Linguistics from the University of Colorado and spending years in sales, she became a real estate agent in Golden, Denver, and the surrounding communities. She and her husband moved to Grand County in 2010 to build a net-zero home for his clients and never looked back after falling in love with the area and starting a family here.
Together they have owned and operated local businesses, including a framing company for residential homes, and a snowmobile guiding and avalanche education business. Erika also worked in special education at a local elementary school. They have developed deep roots within the community, and the desire to share her knowledge and passion for mountain living prompted Erika to earn her real estate license again.
Erika views each transaction as a partnership with her buyers and sellers, emphasizing communication, patience, honesty, and attention to detail. She will assist with every facet of the buying or selling process and help navigate the benefits and challenges unique to mountain living.
