Erika truly is such a sweet person. My husband and I had a very specific, almost very hard to get, vision for our home. She took the challenge and was very patient throughout many "No not this one". My favorite part about her was that if we saw a house we just had to see, she would drop everything and somehow get us a showing that same day! Even if the house wasn't even ready to be seen or if she had other personal plans. She has a charm that sellers like and can't say no to.
