A 5 star review for Erika is not enough! She is not an average Realtor, Erika is an expert in the Real Estate Industry. She is very straightforward, honest and attentive to every single detail and did tasks that were not part of her job like taking care of the deposit for the escrow account since I was not able to do it due to my schedule , revise and take my association application to the association office , even quoting my home insurance AT NO EXTRA COST , revise the inspection report, quoting different inspection companies too, revise the final numbers line by line and so much more . Every question I had was clarified even questions about my loan and the title company. She was involved in the whole transaction from A to Z . Her personality is unique , very friendly and charismatic. I had the opportunity to have Erika as my Realtor ❤️ I hope this review help many other sellers and buyers to hire her as their Real Estate Agent.
