Erika is the best! We had met her for the first time when we were moving to LA and she was amazing in not just showing us homes but also neighborhoods and places around so that we could get a feel for the city. So, 4 years later when we were looking for a house, there was no doubt that Erika would be the one to reach out to. She was thorough and professional and great to work with. She prompt about finding available appointments and always let us know as soon as a new one came on the market and reached out to other realtors immediately. She was honest and forthright- no games. We have been working with Erika since 2016. Erika helped us purchase an investment home, rent the home and eventually sell the home for an excellent price. Erika is very responsive and has a very strong knowledge of the real estate market. We had interviewed one other agent who was very well known in the area who believed the home was worth $40K less than what Erika was able to determine. That is a considerable difference and ultimately Erika was able to get us more than the asking price. There are many agents out there but if you want the best and highest price you need to call Erika first!
