Erika was very knowledgeable about the current properties that were available and found homes in all the areas we were considering that met our budget. She is always available to answer questions and resolve all the paperwork and other issues when searching out and buying a home. She will be our realtor of choice for the sale of our former home now that we have moved to our new one. Erika is the best.

We were selling our family home of 64 years after the death of our Father. We lost our Mom in 2020. So you can imagine the state we (three sisters) were in to even think about the process. We were not experienced in the process and to make matters harder for Erika, we all live out-of-town. Erika took us step by step, piece by piece, from preparation to sell, several inspections, repairs, showing and to the sale of the house. Her knowledge and expertise in several areas was so beneficial to our family. She always had the up to date paperwork and any changes in paperwork prepared. And was always able to explain so that we all understood. Erika even helped us make other important contacts (estate sale, etc.) before even signing on as our agent. We had several friends going through the process of selling their parents homes. They did not have the support of their agent that Erika gave us. Our home sold before theirs also. When anyone asks, we proudly say that Erika was our agent.

I have bought and sold six homes previous to working with Ms. Hulstrom-Garces on the sale of a family rental property in 2023, but in all those transactions I have not run across a more capable and diligent agent as Erika. I had almost started working with another agent but had some technical questions about the market and specifically about HOA's and the condo market. A friend suggested I consult with Erika, which she was gracious do to at no cost or obligation. After hearing her expertise and enthusiasm, I immediately decided to have her assist us in the sale. She was hands down the most knowledgeable of any other agent I consulted. In the end, we had some challenges with the condo and the sale but Erika navigated them and took the ball into the end-zone with expertise and consummate professionalism and grace.
