First, let me just say that my family and I am thankful and grateful that Erika was our realtor and a great one at that. Erika found our family home after showing us four houses. We drove from Maryland and in three hours we had our home. She was respectful of our time and the distance that we had driven. Her knowledge of the area was invaluable. She took into consideration of what we wanted and had the houses lined up for us. She was prepared. While going through the process of buying our home, which was mentally and physically draining, Erika was there. Not only did Erika hold the process together by her in depth real estate knowledge, she also was knowledgable about the lending process. She acted and was the go between for the lender, the seller's real estate agent, and us. More importantly, she held me together through the process especially when I was ready to walk away and say forget it. I also could contact Erika and there wasn't a time when she didn't respond. Highly impressive since I was sending her emails and text messages 1:00 a.m. In the morning and she responded within 30 minutes or less. Everything we asked of Erika, she accomplished. Due to Erika's expertise, knowledge, and negotiating skills, we bought the house under the market value and had equity already in the house we moved in. Thank You Erika.
