My high expectations were met!!

Coming from NY I had a high expectation for all things. Erika did not disappoint. Extremely professional and really took care of every aspect of my apt purchase journey. Excellent communicator and a pleasure to work with. I really needed someone who I could easily speak with, without any apprehension. She really went out of her way to make sure every aspect, from my property search, to closing and beyond. Whatever I needed she was there. I was so satisfied with the elite and professional service that I purchased 2 properties with her guidance. Erika is extremely patient and really makes the whole experience as stressless as it could possibly be. She is also very knowledgeable about the market and neighborhoods and is an excellent resource. I learned that she is a great negotiator in guiding on price. I was also impressed with her network of other professionals in the real estate world that were very helpful in assisting me in my closing and beyond.
