I wanted to leave a review for Erika because she made selling our house such a great experience. We listed our house back in October 2025 and closed at the beginning of February. She was fantastic the whole time. She was always available whenever we called or texted, and she was more than willing to help with whatever came up, even shoveling our driveway. She really went above and beyond. We absolutely loved working with her. We just connected really well. She’s so nice and easy to talk to, and she gave really good advice. She always took the time to explain everything to us so we understood what was going on. It ended up working out perfectly, honestly. We couldn’t have asked for a better outcome. Erika was great to work with, very knowledgeable in all the different ways and options available to market and sell our home. We had already bought an out of state home so our circumstances were a bit beyond normal but she still sold it very quickly even tho it was during winter time. Erika was absolutely wonderful to work with and made our home-buying experience in Colorado as smooth as possible, even though my wife and I were several states away for most of the process. From the beginning, she was organized, thoughtful, and very conscious of our budget. We only had a tight window to come see homes in person, and she put together a great list of houses that matched what we were looking for in the Thornton/Broomfield area. Her local knowledge was incredibly helpful and gave us confidence in the decision we were making. What really stood out was how calm and steady Erika remained when things got complicated. The sellers were not always very communicative, and we also had issues with our mortgage company/lender backing out during the process. Erika helped guide us through all of it with professionalism and patience, keeping us informed and helping us stay focused on the next step. She also went above and beyond after the contract was in place, helping make sure the house was clean and ready for us and connecting us with contractors and local resources. That extra effort meant a lot, especially since we were moving from out of state.
