Looking for a house while being several states away was difficult enough, but factor in the current market it seemed like the hardest thing. Erika however, went above and beyond for us. Booking a showing as quickly as possible and doing many many many virtual walk throughs. Even while in costume on Halloween! She really listened to our wants and needs as a family and helped us navigate through a sea of competing offers. She was more than willing to explain something to us and always had our best interest at heart. Never did we feel like we were having to settle or that she was trying to get us to put an offer in on just anything. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!
