We can not say enough good things about Erika! We've used her both to purchase our home in San Jose as well as sell once we needed to relocate. Erika paid close attention to our family's wish list and was able to show us properties even before they officially came on market as her network is extensive. We were new to the California market and she was able to educate us on how the purchase process differed from where we were previously, ultimately guiding us to a great home for great value. Fast forward three years later and there was no one else we trusted more to help us sell. We had an agressive timeline So we'd be ready to buy on the other end. Erika was able to connect us with vendors seamlessly to get the house ready for market and again, proactively guide us through the closing process. Erika consistently goes above and beyond for her clients and I could not imagine a better partner in real estate!

Erika was instrumental in helping us find our new home in the South Bay, which we are absolutely delighted with! She started by giving us a regional tour to help narrow down neighborhoods, helped us zero in in the neighborhood and house based on our priorities, gave us expert advice on crafting and negotiating our offer, had great rapport with the sellers agents which was essential in getting our offer to the top of the list and eventually accepted, and then drew on a range of other experts to help get us financed, insured and moved in (and even with some repair work). We couldn't recommend Erika highly enough!
