Great communication, and was very helpful. Was always available when needed, which helped the buying process a lot. He’s knowledge was very helpful when making decisions. It was great to have him, since it was my first time buying a house. He made sure I understood everything and explained everything we would do. So if you are looking for someone that is friendly and knowledgeable, he is would be a great option.
Erik is a truly exceptional realtor. To say he went above and beyond does not do his work justice. From the moment we started talking about a new home, Erik supported us with information, advice, and up to date market analyses. Erik is a professional! He journeyed through this crazy market with me. He was responsive to all my requests for information, showings, offer preparation and closing activities. He scheduled many showings and did most of them virtually because I lived out-of-state. He is detailed-oriented and gets to know and understand his clients. Erik was amazing through this process. He brought us solid analysis of the market coupled with unique suggestions and ideas that ended up making the whole process way easier than if we'd gone a traditional route. He was always willing to jump in and help with different parts of the process (we do not live in the area anymore so we had to do everything remotely) from taking pictures and videos so we'd see what was going on to getting folks access whenever needed through the process. Once we listed the house Erik completely staged the home with furniture, pictures, towels, plants - the whole works. We got our full asking price within 7 hours of the house being listed!
