Erik stayed with me, and I am an extremely picky home buyer. In fact, I started and stopped the process at least 2 times before I finally got serious. Erik always talked to me about his strategy and negotiations, and he would even meet me on a Sunday with about 2 hours notice if I requested it. When it came time to do inspections, etc., Erik set me up with someone who was amazing and thorough. Erik also had recommendations for other contractors to do the work on the house. All of his reports are extremely detailed, and I always felt like Erik truly had my best interest at heart. I would recommend Erik to anyone - even to a somewhat green home buyer who could really benefit from Erik's expertise and longevity in the field.

Did not know Eric. Read some good reviews about him. Called him Labor Day weekend to sell our house. He came out Tuesday after Labor Day and visited about listing us. Had a nice sign in our yard that afternoon. We had multiple offers by Wednesday and a contract by Friday. Closed within a month. Hassel free thanks to Eric. Being a young man I would say he is great to work with any age group. As a senior citizen I would say he has exceptional skill explaining things in terms the average person understands, and patience, so I would especially recommend him for any seniors looking to buy or sell. He's very dependable.
