Erik was fantastic. We were not living in the home he sold for us and he took care of EVERYTHING on our behalf before, during and after the sale of the house. His local knowledge and contacts were also very helpful. On top of all that, Erik is a nice guy who is easy to work with. We'd highly recommend Erik to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the MRV.
