Erik helped the reviewer buy this property

Combination of knowledge & experience in the Front Range real estate market yields success.

Known Erik for many years and has served as our family's agent both buying and selling, including rental property. Upon returning to the Boulder-Longmont area last year, his depth of knowledge in navigating the Seller's market became invaluable on which homes to pursue that would yield an accepted offer in such a competitive year. He deftly guided us through backup offers, and failed inspections, to successfully close on a home that met our needs. Could not have done it without him!
