Erik just helped my wife and I buy our first home together in Alameda. If you aren't familiar with Alameda, CA, it can be quite a challenging place to buy a home due to the high demand. So needless to say, we did not land the first house we made an offer on, nor the second or third. Erik helped us not to get discouraged. He was also a voice of reason when it was time to pull out of a situation where the price was too high to counter. Erik is very knowledgeable and thorough. He knew exactly what to look out for depending on the age of the home (whether that was foundation, subterranean termites, wiring, etc.). He was available pretty much all hours for any questions. Erik also was able to recommend the loan broker that got us the best mortgage rate. I think the thing that impressed us the most was that he legitimately cared about our situation.
