Erik is the best !!! He went above and beyond our expectations to help us get our dream apartment in Jersey City, during the pandemic and a rough seller’s market! He was responsive, proactive, and very knowledgeable about the area. Although we sometimes ventured into rough terrain, with a few unreasonable sellers or sellers’ agents, Erik was assertive but always professional. Would absolutely recommend !!!
