Eric was awesome. The property that I ended up purchasing was on the market for less than 4 hours. Without his attention to detail of the parameters of my search, my kids and I would still be in the market for the elusive “next door to a school” house. In this market, houses last a week at most. Wow! Erik impressed me from the start. I planned to sit with multiple agents as my last selling, 7 years prior, didn't go the way I wanted but he was so well prepared I didn't have to search any further. Erik is prompt, organized, caring, fun, truthful, and honest. It was a pleasure to work with him because he was in constant communication with us which was important as we planned to move out of state after our house sold. Day 1 he showed up with so much information about our house and others in the area that I knew he was driven. He was very friendly to my wife and I as we showed the house over only 2 weeks because he put so much time in marketing our house. We had offers the first 2 days but didn't accept because it appeared there was a buying frenzy on our house. Throughout the whole process he walked us through each step. I learned many things this time around of selling my house because of all the information he provided. He is energetic and fun plus he was great with our dogs.
