Erik, On June 1st of 2023, I met you and presented an impossible task. Get my 5,000 sq.ft. home ready for sale and on the market in one month. I was 76 years old and had lived in the Century home since I was 17. My husband was quickly becoming unable to climb the stairs. You, thankfully, took the challenge and in spite of the enormous task were able to provide me with a support team that mirrored your attitude and ability. And together you got it done. Your understanding of how hard it was for me to leave that home, how necessary it was to get it done quickly and the coordination you had to orchestrate with your team was amazing. It was on the market, on time with your deadline and sold quickly. Your negotiating skills were impressive, and I believe you were able to get the maximum amount for the home.
