We can’t say enough great things about Erik. When we first met him, he wasn’t even our realtor, he was the listing agent on a house we were viewing. His deep knowledge and passion for Detroit’s historic homes instantly stood out, and after a single conversation, we ditched our old realtor and reached out to him. From that moment on, he went above and beyond for us. Erik’s honesty, patience, and genuine care made the entire process easy and enjoyable. He has a playful sense of humor, which makes working with him fun, and he is always reliable and straightforward. He’s not just trying to make a sale, he’s trying to help you find the right home. He knows Detroit inside and out, the people, the neighborhoods, and even the best dinner spots. Honestly, he feels like the mayor of Detroit. Thanks to Erik’s hard work and guidance, we found a home we absolutely love and gained a friend in the process. We almost don’t want to recommend him because he’s such a gem, and if he makes too many friends, he won’t have time for us 😄.
