Erik got a really great price for our house and helped us tremendously in getting through the inspections. The only area of improvement would be on his communication skills. Sometimes it took awhile to get answers to texts.

I could not have asked for a better agent than Erik! As a first time home buyer I was honestly terrified, but after our first meeting I felt like I was working with an old friend. He is extremely knowledgeable of Detroit and its neighborhoods and you can tell he truly cares about the city. I came to him with a tough ask - I had a lower buying price but not a lot of time/energy to put into rehabbing a home. We searched and searched, and in the end Erik found me the perfect home. And he stays in touch to help with any things you may want to fix! He and his crew even helped me move into my home from my apartment. I’m not often blessed in a lot of stuff, but I will always be beyond grateful for finding Erik.
