We would definitely recommend Erik and his team to our best friends , business associates, and general public. He and his team are very thorough, knowledgeable, and pay attention to the smallest details. Erik and I had been in touch months before we decided to buy, and I threw out some thoughts on what I thought were the most important details in a future home. He knows the entire area very well, this was very helpful in our discussions. When we were ready we looked at 3 houses. The 3rd one said, "Home" as soon as we walked in the door. Needless to say, I LOVE my house and it is perfect for us and our family. Erik walked us through the process, making sure that everything was addressed in a timely matter and there weren't any surprises at the end that caused a lot of scrambling. No surprises! His list of referrals for services needed when purchasing a home is solid and he only recommends companies that he has had positive experiences with. The entire process was positive. If we decided to sell our perfect home and look for another, we will definitely work with Erik again!
