I don't usually give reviews unless someone exceeds my expectations and Ericka did. I dealt with so many Real Estate Agents over the years and I can not describe to you enough how awesome Ericka is. I am so glad that I chose her to be my agent. Ericka help us find and secure our dream house. She is on top of the game all the time. She responds quickly, she acts quickly and she is a great negotiator. Ericks will make the process of buying a house a lot smoother for you. She explained every step on the way and she coordinated everything on our behalf from beginning to end. I strongly recommend Ericka if you're looking to buy or sell a house.
