Tho this was not our first purchase it was the one that has had the most twists and turns. Ericka was the best as she was with us EVERY step of the way! She was able to navigate it all. Our experiencia with Ericka was a pleasant and long two months of searching for our home. It was first what part of town then how many floors and finally started looking. It was a lot of driving around and looking on different realty sites. I would then see a home I liked and would start to get a feel for it and then I would find a home I liked more. We looked at over thirty homes over the two month period and her willingness to make sure we were happy is a blessing. The patience that she had for me and my husband was incredible and assured us that our home would be the perfect one for us. We felt that she worked hard even when we weren’t with her to keep I contact and would send us potential homes we would be interested in. I would even send my husband pictures of different homes and would schedule times to do walk through. We saw some homes that were nice but just didn’t fit our wants but she kept working hard. Finally we found our dream home and it was worth the wait and we will finally move into our first home in a week. We would highly recommend Ericka and our happy and appreciative for everything she has done for us. Thanks again for helping us find our beautiful home.
