I can’t say enough nice amazing things about Ericka and her team!! Her communication, knowledge and attention to details was everything to us! She sold our home in 7 hours. 7 hours!!!! She was just amazing to work with! Call her up will not be disappointed!

Ericka and here team were phenomenal at helping us sell our house along with navigating a very difficult purchase to meet our end goal. Not only did my house sell quickly but so did my parents house in which they received multiple offers the first weekend over the asking price. Advertising on both was spot on and evolved as needed. For our purchase she helped present on offer to edge out other buyers submitting offers. She then helped work thru the complications of a log home, large acreage , agricultural zoning and other complications. She doesn't seem to sleep as she always responds quickly -on both early mornings, late evenings and all day long. I don't think we could have made all this happen with anyone else.

Erica was amazing throughout this process. Her ability to stage our home and make it look like it belonged in a magazine facilitated a quick offer. She went above and beyond for is assisting us while we were out of state. She was an absolute dream come true for us.

Ericka Hardwick has been amazing to work with. We have worked with realtors before but decided to try Ericka Hardwick for our last 2 house sales and last house buy. She demonstrates an incredible knowledge. The last house was a house flip where she showed us from trade shows what the general public was liking and trending towards. Then whenever we asked for her opinion during the process she was happy to come and tell us when we needed to change. But, So that I do not give the wrong impression, she never was downgrading or discouraging in her demeanor. And she never was pushy or interfering during the lengthy process. She was more like a cheerleader with her positiveness and encouragement. Her staging skills and tastes in both houses as well as her 360 degree house video during showing of the house can not be outdone. She had recommendations on pricing in both houses and immediately left up to us whether to alter pricing. So, whatever your needs from complex to simple, Ericka is an absolute gem to utilize. I never expected to find a realtor who would be that wonderful to work with. I will continue to work with her in all future endeavors.
