It was a pleasure working with Ericka. She was very friendly and was open to answering any questions that I had available. Due to the nature of the buyer and seller dynamic, I felt like we speed through some of showings. But besides that she's responds very quickly via text and tries her best to help out with any type of confusions that may come up.

Ericka was an overall good agent to work with. She is very open to answering all of your questions when you have then available. Be ready to write down the questions if you easily forget what to say. She won't except you to have any if you dont speak up and will move through the showing of a house very quickly (guess it depends on the time that she has). Don't have her rush you to make decisions on a house, take your time. If your a patient person (as I am) for finding a house, let her know that, don't feel pressure to buy, even at a time where folks are buying very quickly without putting much thought into it. Overall though, she is very nice, respectful, polite and friendly to work with!
