Hello, so I don't know anyone else experience with this company, but mine was actually great. They communicated really well, and I know did what they said they were going to do. In the end we got approved. The details were that they put my arrears balance on the back end of the loan and basically just let me start making payments again. My rate and payment was the same but just the fact I got back on track was soooooo amazing. Highly recommend this team, they go above and beyond. And they were very transparent, we actually called the bank with Laura multiple times to verify the information.

So to make a long story short, not only did they help us with our house that we were losing, they also helped us with two of my moms houses she owned that were also both in default. They were able to modify our home which was great and we got to keep..whoohoo! However, unfortunately, we had to see both my moms homes since there was just not enough income to support the payments. Luckily she had equity in them so she made money on the sale. Keep Your Home Cali was amazing from start to finish with communication, knowledge, and most of all persistence. The total time took almost 9 months so I know it was a lot of work. In the end, their team got the job done and my mom moved to a smaller more affordable home. Thanks again Erick and Laura. I don't think many other teams could have done this job.

We recently purchased a home with Erick and his team at Keep Your Home Cali and they were great. We hit a few snags along the way and their company actually offered to pay for some of the items out of their commissions. They are fair, honest and will get the job done.
