Very informative, prompt and extremely helpful through our short-sale process! We lived in our home for 25 years and because of the economy we had no other choice but to short sell our home. The Sevillas were referred to us and we are soooo very grateful for that referral! They explained every step of the process. Even though we very much hated to go through this process, they were very kind and patient through it all. And although rare, from signing the realtor papers to selling our home and turning our home over to the new buyer it took 3 months. We definitely would give more than 5 stars for this experience if it were possible.

I can personally fully recommend Erick as a Realtor. Being new to San Diego I needed a knowledgable trust-worthy Realtor to find a home for me. I was recommended Erick by my bank manager and it turned out to be great advice. Erick has a great knowledge of the area and is able to see beyond what the buyer can see, highlighting both pros and cons in a frank, honest manner and helped me make an informed decision.
