It feels like a blessing having Erick Ibarra be our real estate agent for mine and my family's first time purchase of a home. His knowledge is beyond fantastic. As first time buyers, my family and I had no clue on how home purchasing worked but Erick was kind enough to walk us through the process beforehand and he got us through the whole purchase smoothly. After narrowing down what we looked for in a home, he sent us multiple house listings almost everyday until we narrowed the ones we wanted to see and he told us whether he thought it was the right home for us or not. Erick was very accommodating with our different schedules, distance and he made sure to explain anything to my parents in Spanish. Erick was very good at communicating between us, the seller, their agent, the lenders, anyone we needed to get through to progress with our search of a home and purchase. Erick made sure to get us the people we needed, making sure we understood important paperwork, what we knew what we were signing and he gets you the answers you need as quick as he can. In the end, working with Erick left us with an excellent experience, we were happy we were able to find a home so quick and easy. Erick is not only a great agent but he is also a great friend to us.
