This is the second home Erick sold for my family. He’s excellent at answering and returning calls very quickly and he is very knowledgeable to help answer many questions we had. We were almost going to sign up with another company but went back to Erick and he had about 10 showings and 3 full offers on our home in just a couple days. Our house was sold before another agency was even going to be able to come take pictures and list it. Clearly I could not ever ask for an agent better then Erick. Plus he’s about getting a good fair deal more then he is about getting the most money he can for himself. Amazing job Erick and keep up the great work!

Erick Eckhardt is a five star realtor. He will fight for your goals in an honest professional way. He helped us sell our home for the right price so we could move where we needed to. Some realtors for other homes we were interested in would take days to get back to us. Everytime I called Erick he either picked up or returned my call within 30 minutes 99 percent of the time. He will always go the extra mile to help you out. He even has helped me with some questions concerning things on my new home and tax related issues with the new purchase and he still got back to me in like 20 minutes when he's not even making money on it now. Erick is professional, a great guy, he works hard and is smart about real estate. If you need someone who will be there and not make you feel weird if you have a lot of questions he is truely the best I saw in this whole process we went through in 2015!

I can not say enough good things about Erick. He was a genuine and honeest person from the start. I could tell he had a nervous tic at first but it was genuine. He wasn't at all about getting any sale from us. We went through probably 40 homes before we found the one we got. Erick stuck by us the whole time. He never left my husband and I hanging for answers. He kept in contact consistently, returned every phone call and text message and email. He knew about the market, gave advice on how we, as first time homebuyers, things worked. Even if the news wasn't good, he was straightforward and wanted to give resolution. We were confident and liked him enough we referred our sister in law, and 2 friends. Erick brought not only good customer service to the table, but also sensitivity and recognition of the emotional roller coaster that home buying can be!
