Simply the best around!

Erick handled the purchase of my co-op and then 3 years later the sale of the same co-op! I am so thankful I had him on my side. Co-ops are so involved and he really knows his stuff! He is knowledgeable, trustworthy and really has his client’s best interest in mind. He is a great negotiator and kept cool for both of us. He also has a solid team back at his office, they are really on top of everything. I will always use Erick for any of my real estate needs and I would recommend him to anyone!
