Erich was referred to me over a decade ago...

Erich was referred to me over a decade ago prior to the purchase of my first home when the housing market was in a much different climate. This past spring I got back in touch with him to coordinate the sale of that same home. Erich came over and did a thorough walk through of the property to determine what needed to be done prior to the sale, as well as extensive market research to determine an appropriate asking price to achieve a quick sale. As a result the home sold in a day with terms and conditions that exceeded my expectations! When it came time to replace the home that process wasn’t quite as simple given the market situation. Erich showed me multiple homes over the course of several months and even when I would find one that would “work” he encouraged me not to settle and to wait for the right one. Eventually that one came along and Erich’s knowledge and expertise were crucial in getting a deal done when there were several roadblocks and complications along the way. I really can’t say enough good things about the job Erich has done with all of my real estate transactions, and there is absolutely a reason the guy always stays busy even times like these. He’s extremely good at what he does and his track record backs that up. I hope I am done buying and selling properties for a while, but when the time comes there won’t be any question as to who I reach out to.
