Erich Muellner

Erich was a personal friend of the 90-year old seller Bob Mau. He built on that friendship by going the extra mile in working with Bob to market the property efficiently and effectively, despite the fact that the family was still working to empty the household contents. He was also flexible when we changed course and made application for a short sale of the property.
