Erich sold our house within three days of its listing. The pictures and the internet marketing are fa nominal. I would recommend Erich to anyone purchasing or selling a home.

Erich is beyond anything I could say. His knowledge and understanding are surpassed only by his patience and willingness to satisfy everyone involved. He was instrumental in helping us buy a home in 2015 and was an even bigger asset in selling our home recently. I have recommended him to friends and family in the past and intend to continue in the future. Erich turns the experience of buying a house into the joy of buying a home. He doesn't just accept the standard he sets and exceeds it.

My husband and I had very positive experiences working with Erich during both the purchase of a home in Johnstown five years ago and the recent sale of that same house. He is friendly, hard-working, and professional, and it was a pleasure doing business with him. Whatever your real estate needs are, he will get the job done for you!

I would highly recommend Eric for your real estate needs, he worked in the capacity of a buyers agent for me. He was very professional with an easy going personality, which made house hunting a in a very competitive market less stressful. When it came to presenting an offer through closing he informed me in a timely manor what to expect and what the next step would be. I will use him again for my real estate needs.

Erich was very thorough and always available to answer any questions or concerns. He had a firm grasp on the housing market and was well educated in the real estate market. He was a delight to work with.
