Eric was extremely helpful when we were looking to relocate from the south Florida area to the central Florida area. We were not sure of an exact area we wanted to live in and Eric helped us to narrow that down as he is familiar with the area. He was quick with responses to the many questions we had and made us feel very comfortable with the process. We never felt that we were bothering him or imposing on him. I will certainly feel comfortable recommending Eric to anyone looking for a home in the central Florida area.

Well round process with quick responses

Erich was always available to help me with any questions I had, day or night. I couldnt have asked for a better realtor to have in my corner helping me get to the closing date I will always refer him to others as well as keep his contact info for myself in case I have any questions or concerns regarding real estate. He treated me like his own brother and I fully appreciate that!

Super responsive! Answered all our questions and constantly updated us, telling us what exactly was going on through the process
