We were not in the realm of searching for a new home or moving. But Erica knows we planned to eventually later in the future. She reached out and thought we would love this house and that we did! She knew exactly what would make us get it in gear! Offered on the house and got accepted! Then was a turnaround to sell our house asap. So we could get rolling to this new house! We sold our house in three days!! Erica shared our house everywhere all over social media and planned open houses and sold within three days! Was awesome! She made the process very smooth. Setting up appt with folks, giving me recommendations on people who to contact, getting us the document we needed and communicated with us throughout! She is great, would highly recommend her for future selling and buying!
