I have never bought a home before, and Erica handled everything very well. This house did have some issues that almost derailed the purchase two or three times but she came in and saved the deal even when the banker thought we should give up. She even jumped in and helped paint some places on the outside of the house to help the deal go through. All and all I couldn't have asked for better.
