After having a bad experience with another agent, Erica was truly a blessing. From the beginning she was always available, prepared, knowledgable, and friendly. During the search process, the properties she chose were all great candidates. She provided great advice but also didn't pressure us to make a quick decision. If there were properties that we wanted to see - she made it happen, regardless of the time or distance.
