Erica was great to work with through every step of the selling process. She helped me with getting all the inspections that were needed and she was a great resource in finding the right repairmen for a few needed repairs. She assisted me in making my home look perfect and ready for showings. The day the house went on the market she was available to show the home right away. We had 3 offers the first day and calls continued to come in so she continued to show the house for another few days. We closed on the house $100,000 over the asking price!!!
