This review is probably sooooo long overdue. My wife and I had bought and sold homes in the past - and every time we cringed dealing with the realtors. Some were incompetent, some greedy, some - plain nasty. All of that changed 4 years ago when we decided to buy an investment property. Erica was referred by a co-worker! We never looked back. Not just we gained a realtor that knew her craft, had answers for everything from insurance to plumber recommendations, but we gained a friend. We purchased and rented out 3 times our investment property with Erica’s help. Every time i just had to send her a text - she took care of the rest. We also sold our primary home and she found us a beautiful home and a steal for our new home. When our cleaning lady didnt show on the day of the closing - she took broom and mop and helped get house ready. Knowledgeable, hard worker, responds on time, tons and tons of resources and most importantly she CARES! Dont hesitate for a second before getting her to help you with your purchase, sale or a rent. The referral said that Erica was an excellent realtor. We then contacted Erica and asked her if she could be our realtor. Erica said she would love to help us find a home. Erica worked with me as both seller and buyer real estate agent. She was extremely helpful and showed great attention to details. She spent a lot of time in preparing our house for sale, including renovation, cleaning, marketing, etc. She provided oversee of the entire renovation work onsite from beginning to end, and treated the house liker her own, and put much more time and attention on the property even than myself. I have a very positive home buying experience with her. She has extensive connection and introduced me very suitable contractors, photographer, lending, attorney, which seamlessly connected all the steps in the transaction. I highly recommend her, and in the future if i need to sell my house or change my house in this area, i would definitely work with her again.

Erica went above and beyond to get us into the perfect house for us, quicker than we thought possible! She was professional, patient, and is clearly dedicated to her clients.
