Erica is fantastic!

When we decided to move, I reached out to Erica to show us some homes in the Troy/Tipp City area. As we went through these homes it became clear that what we were more interested in was a new build. We had no idea where to begin, but Erica jumped right in making calls, setting things up, and walking through every step of this with us. She helped us find the perfect location and builders. We appreciate her knowledge, professionalism, and willingness to help us through all the ups and even some downs. If we had questions, she never hesitated to get us answers. She never once made us feel like we were driving her crazy even though at times I felt like I was. My husband and I both highly recommend Erica and would use her again and again! Going into something that you are clueless about is pretty scary, but having someone like Erica to help you through it definitely makes it better.
