Erica Thau is awesome as I expected

Erica displayed extreme professionalism through out the very odd and complex transaction of selling my home. The circumstances were wild, but she held it all together. In the midst of a global pandemic, everything was new and hard to swim against the current. My wife and I were just in the beginning of a divorce and were probably not the easiest to deal with. I owed back taxes to the Federal Government and the Title company could not get anything done because the Govt had shut down. Everybody remained calm, and we all got it done and Erica must have had a new shade of gray hair form it all! Thanks Erica!!
