My first meeting was on zoom to introduce herself, set up an appointment, and what to expect on our first meeting. At 74 and living alone, I thought it would take years to pack up my home after living there 30 years. She came in with a plan, a app to keep track of packed items, labels etc. With her plan, it took 3 months to pack and move to another state. She made sure she was my boots on the ground(her words) She cared for my home in my absence and was a fierce negotiator. How she cared for my home in my absence, I know no other agent would do.
