Erica Rosenberger

This is the third time I’ve worked with Erica. She’s helped me buy two houses and sell one. What I appreciate most about Erica is that she listened to my needs, and gave me advice, and let me make decisions without being pushy. She was very responsive, and when she knew she wouldn’t be available, she made sure I had a contact person in the event that I needed anything. Throughout the whole process of buying and selling, she was helpful, knowledgeable, and communicated well every little detail.

Erica listed my house for sale. She had great working knowledge of the area and very easy to communicate with. I would not hesitate to use Erica again, highly recommend.
